Recently, representatives from well-known oil and gas development companies in Algeria visited our company for inspection and exchange, with a focus on discussing the procurement of API 5CT C95 acid resistant pipes. The customer team visited our steel pipe production workshop, quality inspection center, and finished product warehouse on site to gain a detailed understanding of the quenching and tempering heat treatment process, SSC sulfur resistance performance testing process, and API 5CT certification system for C95 acid resistant pipes.

At the symposium, our technical team introduced the optimized formula of Cr Mo alloy for C95 acid resistant pipes based on the operating conditions of high sulfur oil and gas fields in Algeria, and presented the hydrogen embrittlement test report under the NACE MR0177 standard. The customer highly recognizes the corrosion resistance, dimensional accuracy, and production efficiency of the product, and has reached a preliminary purchase intention on site. It is expected that the first batch of orders will reach 2000 tons.

This visit deepened the cooperation consensus between the two sides in the field of oil and gas pipes, laying a solid foundation for our company to further expand the North African oil and gas equipment market. In the future, our company will continue to provide customized corrosion-resistant steel pipe solutions for overseas customers, helping to efficiently develop global oil and gas resources.
